Sculpting over the covers of hardbound books was one of the very first art projects we explored. We began creating book art with our own collection of used books that were purchased years ago, from Friends of the Library book sales, to read to our kids. Pre-owned books in need of a home were used to create books with 3-dimensional art covers, still intact and readable.

In 2018 we created a new collection with five children's classics, some of our favorites. we are so honored that they now belong to Florida Gulf Coast University Library Archives & Special Collections Dept in their Artist's Book Collection.
